Election Is Stressing Me Out

Local politics do because they are super scummy.

Election is stressing me out. Like many people out there i m currently struggling with trump induced anxiety. Newcomers to recovery election stress. I am not going to worry about melania hating decorating for christmas.

There s too much happening not enough time. I helped on a campaign for a position that was expected to get 300 votes total in a town of 30k. Stressing over the election as well here in the us.

What this means as least for me is that sleep has become near impossible as i roll around for hours. I am not going to worry about jr s gross girlfriend. That would stress me out if i didn t think that was going to be a fair election so that might be part of it strom said.

I don t know how to cope with stress either so it just keeps building and building until it just overflows l. Everything is just too chaotic. This is not some ho hum election she said.

In the months after the november 2016 elections smith began to hear anecdotes about people being stressed out by the election results and political divisions in the country. And i guess now the only think stressing me out is the guilt of having to cut him off. Anytime something starts to stress me out or distract me i am going to ask.

This isn t in regards to one candidate or the other i think no matter where you are politically or who you support this is a stressful time for all of us. I am not going to worry about anything other than the election the election and the election.
